RE: Monday evenings Regular Board Meeting where Ranch Vice President Stu Steinberg stated,

“First Amendment does not apply to the HOA BOD...”

Today we had a lengthy interview with Jefferson County Commissioner Elect Kelly Simmelink regarding CRR business, First Amendment Rights and Jefferson County Matters.

Concerning the First Amendment Issue on CRR, Simmelink asked,

“How do you check your Rights at the door-First Amendment Rights?”

Further, Simmelink questioned whether as CRR Homeowners, we waived our Rights by signing a contract.
