CRR FIRE BOARD DIRECTOR CITED FOR DUI…
On May 27, 2025, Crooked River Ranch Fire & Rescue Director, Cole Gayheart Jr., was involved in an accident at the intersection of SW Shad Road and Peninsula Dr.
Mr. Gayheart’s accident involved another vehicle, left the roadway and hit the Fire Station’s Reader-Board destroying it.
He was cited for DUI, Reckless Driving, Reckless Endangering and Criminal Mischief.
According to a representative at the Fire Department, Mr. Gayheart’s position on the Board is under review.
