Great question.

The October 2017 issue of the Telegraph shamelessly promoted a one-sided and very orchestrated, YES ON 16-88 campaign. Director Orr correctly pointed out there are "10 paid ads to vote yes on measure #16-88," with no opposing views. Additionally, Sheriff Jim Adkins has a full page infomercial. WHO PAID FOR THAT?

We tried to write another perspective regarding this tax proposal and President David Palmer DENIED our request.
