Ranch Matters (RM) was contacted by an upset Association member regarding Ranch Manager Judy Lapora’s management style, attitude and conduct.

Dan, last name withheld, commented, “I’m sick and tired of what’s going on and asked, Is there a process for evaluating the Ranch Manager and replacing her?”

“Is it time for a change?”

According to CRR’s Policy & Procedures Handbook, there is indeed a procedure for evaluating the Ranch Manager annually. However, the homeowners have no say in the process. Only the Board of Directors and senior staff members do.

RM is currently reviewing a treasure trove of documents that have been dumped into our laps related to CRR’s internal workings.

Examples of some of the documents provided include, employee salaries, benefits, evaluations and digital data communications between management, staff, volunteers and directors.
