Ranch Matters met with Deschutes County Commissioner Phil Henderson today regarding the Quail/Emergency Road Process and Deschutes County's role in its Annexation.

Commissioner Henderson stated he was unaware of the controversies associated with the process and procurement of funding. However, he said he is willing to look further into the issues, request records and inform his fellow Commissioners.
