While attending today's CRR/SRD Special Meeting, SRD Commissioner Mike Schlabach announced that SRD Chairman, Rich Hoffmann, resigned his position after the May 8, 2019, Regular Meeting.

According to Commissioner John Williams, Hoffmann sent a resignation email and asked that it not be made public until today's meeting.
