The Madras Pioneer reported in Wednesday's (3/27/19) edition, "Candidates ready to fill district boards", but somehow neglected to report on the candidates vying for the two open positions on CRR/SRD.

Ranch Matters has obtained from the Jefferson County Clerk's Office applications for the two candidates filing for Positions 1 and 3 for the May 21, special district election.

Ranch resident Sue Ellen Haley filed for Position 1

 Appointed incumbent, Michael L. Schlabach filed for Position 3.

 

The two above candidates are running unopposed and current appointed SRD Chairman Rich Hoffmann, in Position 1, declined to run.
