Ongoing discussion on the annexation of the Quail Road extension. ​2. Update on the bid package for the road work projects that were delayed until next year for: ​A. An overlay of Chinook from Club House Road to Hill Road. B. A thin coat overlay on Ermine from Quail to Sage Hen. C. A thin coat overlay on Quail from Buckskin to Ermine. D. A thin coat overlay on Parkey from Quail to Sumpter. E. A thin coat overlay on Commercial Loop. 3. Funding assistance to the Road Department for storm damage repairs. V. ​NEW BUSINESS ​
