CRR MURDER SUSPECT IN COURT

Gavin David Smith-Brown made his first court appearance today via video link from the Jefferson County Jail.

Jefferson County District Attorney Steven Leriche represented the State and Court Appointed Attorney Thomas Spear represented the defendant.

According to DA Leriche the case will be submitted to the Grand Jury next Wednesday with an expected arraignment next Thursday at 1:00 PM.

Defendant being held without bail.
