CRR DIRECTOR BIM GANDER ARRESTED- UPDATE

On Tuesday Aug 8, 2017, Butler Mclean "Bim" Gander made His first court appearance/arraignment at the Deschutes County Courthouse in Bend, Oregon. According to the "DISTRICT ATTORNEYS INFORMATION" Mr Gander is facing six separate offenses.

According to a source in the Deschutes County District Attorney's office, Butler "Bim" Maclean Gander is still scheduled to be arraigned on August 8, 2017, at 1:15 pm. This source further stated the case is "under review" and has been assigned to Deputy DA Raymond D. Crutchley with the reference number: 17-04349.
