CRR/BOD WORK SESSION MEETING-Election Results
Brief Report
Meeting started at 10:00 AM and adjourned to Executive Session at about 11:50 AM.
All Ranch Directors present.
CPA Zack Harmon presented the 2022 Election Results-Kari Vickery, Sarah Woolverton and Sheryl Jones announced as the the new Ranch Directors.
Harmon reported his office received 498 total ballots, but only 483 were declared eligible.
Selection of Board Officers:
*President: Kari Vickery
*VP: Ara Erdekian
*Treasurer: Randy Peterson
*Secretary: Mike Dries
As the meeting wrapped up Director Richard Ebers announced his resignation, stating,
“For maintaining domestic tranquility at home, I’m resigning immediately.”
