CRR/BOD WORK SESSION MEETING-Election Results

Due to technical issues the meeting was delayed, twice, until 11:06 AM and all Ranch Directors participated. Ranch Manager Judy Lapora also attended.

President Carl Harbour followed the attached AGENDA

SOME HIGHLIGHTS:

*CPA Zach Harmon presented the Election Results-Randy Peterson, Monty Riddle & Richard Ebers announced as the New Ranch Directors and they took their Oath of Office

Selection of Board Officers:

*President Carl Harbour remains as President

*VP Bill Burt remains in VP position

*Treasurer Jerry Cooper remains in Treasurer’s position

*Monty Riddle has replaced Judy Gilliland as Secretary

President Harbour provided a brief report regarding the two on-going lawsuits

The Board approved Mark Schneider and Jim Stagl to the CC&R Review Committee

Meeting ended at 12:13 PM with no Executive Session
