Meeting started at about 9:00 AM and ended at 9:45

All Board of Directors present with the exception of Sue Flory.

President Carl Harbour called the meeting to Order followed by an Invocation, moment of silence and Flag Salute.

Volunteer of the year: Paula Bartolomei

Ranch Manager Judy Lapora commended outgoing Board Members...

Before the meeting adjourned, Input and Announcements included a couple of Ranch Members Comments and Director Stephanie Proffitt thanked Ranch Manager Judy Lapora for her "amazing" work. Lapora received a standing ovation after the urging of Mona Steinberg.

Next year’s Annual Meeting is scheduled for August 22, 2020.
