Ranch Director Ara Erdekian

Yesterday (10/19/21), we posted the “COVER UP” story regarding Director Erdekian’s statements at Monday night’s Board Meeting regarding resident Carol Orr’s email about CC&R Committee Member Jim Stagl’s “LET IT BURN” comments as a Ranch Official.

To the credit of Director Erdekian, he acknowledged receipt of Ms. Orr’s email and asked, “...Is this something we need to address-with our CRR PEOPLE.”

However, President Bill Burt took control of the narrative while at the same time condoning CC&R Committee Member Jim Stagl’s conduct.

The Ranch Association posted on their website the Minutes of their 10/18/21, Board Meeting and conveniently omitted the discussion about Director Erdekian’s concerns.
