The event, COFFEE WITH A COP was hosted by Midtown Coffee and was well attended.

The event allowed local community members a chance to meet the men and women behind the badge, up front and personal.

According to Jefferson County Sheriff, Jason Pollock,

COFFEE WITH A COP

"Is a great opportunity for the community to meet with and interact with their local law enforcement officers.”

He made himself available to answer citizens questions and stressed, no questions were off limits.

Pollock further stated this kind of event allows him to network, informally, with other law enforcement agencies in the community.

.

Warm Springs PD's interim Chief Chrystal Levitt told Ranch Matters, events like this can "build long-term relationships with the citizens she serves and strengthens working relationships with local law enforcement partners.”
