Spoke today with Jefferson County Clerk, Kathleen B. Marston, regarding SRD CANDIDATE information.

According to Ms Marston, if a SRD DIRECTOR is Appointed as opposed to Elected, no "Candidate Filing Form" is required.

Ms. Marston was aware of TWO opened positions on the SRD Board and further added the selected person(s) for the SRD positions will serve until 2019.

There is an Oath requirement for all SRD Directors that can be administered by the County Clerk or the Chairman of the SRD.

Obtained a copy of Director John Williams Oath dated July 12, 2017.
