"CAN WE JUST GIVE THEM BACK?"

President David Palmer stated in his August 2017 newsletter message: "Quite a few signs were removed..." TRUE!

Palmer further stated: "...the undamaged signs were returned to him." FALSE!

Case solved on August 25, 2016 regarding perpetrators, but many questions still remain unanswered and multiple signs are still missing.

One of the Sheriff's Office theft reports indicated, a "TON OF SIGNS" taken. Again, only a few were returned.

Palmer's False Narrative about the number of signs stolen, returned and the reason we contacted DEQ is nothing more than damage control. CYA!

Interestingly, in November 2016, while the case was "under review" with the DA's Office, former CRR VP/Director John Smallwood asked: "CAN WE JUST GIVE THEM BACK?"
