Note: Ranch Regular BOD MEETINGS begin with the Pledge of Allegiance & the President typically leads the Board & attendees while facing the U.S. Flag. It reads: “I Pledge of Allegiance to the flag of the United States of America & to the Republic for which it stands, one Nation under God, indivisible, with LIBERTY AND JUSTICE FOR ALL.”

LIBERTY & JUSTICE FOR ALL?

Do our Ranch leaders understand the importance of the Pledge of Allegiance & our Constitutional Rights?

In our earlier story, “DUE PROCESS RIGHTS NUKED”, we reported that Ranch attorney Bruce Lepore wrote the BOD assuring them that they need not worry about following the Constitution & stressed homeowners surrendered their DUE PROCESS RIGHTS as Association members.

If the Ranch lawyer & BOD feel the Constitution is outdated and non-applicable, why bother reciting the Pledge of Allegiance at Board Meetings? Just skip the Pledge, remove our flag & govern accordingly.
