HOA CINEMA-Well Rehearsed Performances

Starring: Herb Parker, Cindy Murray, Cheryl Keyston & President Dave Palmer

Scene 1 Act 1-LEGAL

 

President Palmer would have HOA MEMBERS believe that the BOD have no control or say over the decision to not sit down and talk. Conversely, Palmer leads Members to believe that the insurance company's attorney has directed them, by stating, "...it's not the Association whether we do or don't want to speak, it's at the discretion of the insurances attorney." However, in an email recently obtained from HOA attorney, William Ohle, he states, "...the board has decided to move forward..." Again, on multiple occasions, the plaintiffs have asked to mediate the matter, to no avail.

 

Scene 2 Act 1-PAYING FOR PICKLEBALL

Scene 3 Act 1-ORDER TO STOP VIDEO TAPING DURING MEETING

In a Cameo Appearance, Cheryl Keyston, wife of BOD Vice President David Keyston, presented a stellar performance tonight. Mrs. Keyston stated, "I have a question that I've thought about a few different times, and I decided to come on down. Is there a reason that there is being video taping going on from the audience of all the people that are here without permission?" At that time, Mrs. Keyston requested the video taping to stop. Thereafter, Palmer directed all filming to cease.
