BACK TO NINE

At today's CRR/BOD SPECIAL MEETING,

President Kari Vickery introduced Mike Carey as the only applicant for the vacant board position.

 

He answered three questions that had been sent to him in advance and wanted the board to know that he believes in being informed and stated:

 

"If I'm not well informed I'm doing you guy’s a disservice. He reassured the board of his commitment by saying: "My commitment is my bond.”

At 1:20 PM the Board adjourned to Executive Session to deliberate and reconvened about six minutes later to approve his appointment.

Mr. Carey's appointment returns the Board back to its mandated nine members.
