At yesterday's Jefferson County Board Of Commissioner's Meeting,

Ranch President Carl Harbour, Directors Stephanie Proffitt and Mark Schneider addressed the Commission regarding the Commercial Loop.

According to a County Official, the Ranch Directors and County Commissioners, discussed how the County and CRR/HOA can work together, enforcing both County Code/Ordinances and Ranch CC&R's within the Business/Commercial Loop area.

The Directors were referred to the Jefferson County Community Development Office-Code Enforcement.
