Ranch Director Kelly Davis emailed Breeden today requesting clarification regarding a quote from our story, “KABUKI THEATRE”, published last month. Davis specifically asked for clarification related to the ending quote “UNDISCLOSED AGENDA” in the story.

Breeden: “For the record, I stand by all my quotes in the Kabuki Theatre story.”

Additially, Breeden voiced his concerns over Director Kelly Davis’s “combative conduct” at Monday night’s Board of Directors Meeting.

According to Breeden, one of the trigger issues that lit Davis up focused on some recently revised and suspect Resolutions that targeted the truthfulness of Ranch Matters stories.

During the Resolution discussion Ranch Manager Judy Lapora openly accused John Stevens from Ranch Matters of lying and that Ranch Matters stories were lies.

Breeden: “In the midst of Lapora’s accusations and Stevens’ attempt to defend himself, Ranch President Kari Vickery ordered Stevens to leave the meeting and somewhere in the midst of this exchange, Director Davis asked me for clarification regarding the Undisclosed Agenda quote.”

Lastly, and possibly more importantly, Breeden learned that Director Davis contacted some Jefferson County officials looking for a “process” to have him officially removed from the SRD.

Ranch Matters has confirmed the above with a County Official and we also emailed Director Davis for a comment. No response.
