Ranch Matters tried to obtain a Current Copy of the 2019-2020 Budget today.

However, we were told it’s still in DRAFT form and not available for distribution/publication until the CRR Board of Directors Approve it.

Is this a case of, “...we have to pass the bill so you can see what’s in it...”?
