BACK TO SQUARE ONE

Today, the court held a telephonic Status Conference with defendant's attorney, William Ohle and plaintiff's attorney Robert Birk.

Mr. Ohle conveyed to the court he will be filing MORE MOTIONS and did not address the Settlement Conference Motion filed by the plaintiff's last January. The Defendant’s have repeatedly declined to respond-to talk.

Plaintiff's filed their lawsuit last April, almost a year ago and to date the case has gained zero traction. In essence, the parties are starting over-BACK TO SQUARE ONE.
