Jefferson County Circuit Court Case No: 18 CV 16980

On July 7, 2020, oral arguments were held regarding Plaintiffs’ Summary Judgment Motion.

Pro Tem Judge Peter D. Shepherd issued his opinion on August 10, 2020.

The Judge denied plaintiffs’ motion, but also declined to rule on how many votes/yes votes were needed to carry the election, and the case continues.
