2016 BALLOT MEASURE LAWSUIT-UpDate

Last Tuesday, July 7th, 2020, the plaintiff’s Motions for Summary Judgment was held via video link in front of Pro Tem Judge, Peter D. Shepherd.

The hearing started on time at 11:00 AM and connection with plaintiff’s attorney was not completed until about 11:11 AM.

The hearing lasted approximately one (1) hour.

Lawyers representing both parties made their arguments and Judge Shepherd stated he would issue a letter of opinion later while the matter was “Under Advisement.”
