Today there was a Telephonic Pre-Trial Conference/Hearing presided over by Jefferson County Judge Annette Hillman.

The Hearing was scheduled for 10:05 AM, however, the lawyers called in early and in less than 5 minutes the matter concluded.

On July 7th, at 11:00 AM, there will be hearing addressing a Summary Judgment Motion filed by the plaintiffs.
