WILD BILL’S RODEO CONTRACT
CRR has finally posted the controversial Rodeo Arena Contract on their website.
Ranch President Bill Burt signed the contract and encumbered the homeowners for 5 years. Association homeowners might ask, does Burt have an obligation to protect the 5K plus residents financially?
The contract is riddled with vague and murky terms/conditions that appears to have been drafted by amateurs.
What did Burt do to ensure the promoter is the champion of the resident’s protection? Is the promoter adequately funded? Why no personal guarantor? Was the promoter Vetted with any Due Diligence?
