WHO’S THE “NUT CASE”?

At last Monday night’s (10/16/23), Regular Board Meeting, the Chairperson of the CC&R Committee, Stephanie Profitt lost control and verbally harassed resident Carol Orr.
.
During the Public Input portion and while Ms. Orr was attempting to clarify the Pride/Rainbow/Diversity Flag rule change, Chairperson Proffitt followed the basic rule when one has something to hide and remained silent, except for calling Orr a “NUT CASE.”
Proffitt, as the CC&R Chair, had the perfect opportunity to explain the reasoning behind the Committee’s decision to suddenly amend the rules and approve flying the Pride Flag on the Ranch.
However, Proffitt simply couldn’t help herself and rather than act professionally resorted to name calling and harassed Orr publicly, by calling her a “NUT CASE” not once, but twice.
