VOTER BEWARE

.

Resident Carol Orr contacted Ranch Matters (RM) today regarding Ranch resident and HOA Director Ara Erdekian’s run for the Jefferson County Commissioner Position # 3.

.

Orr: “By now you have received your Jefferson County voting packet in the mail.

.

Please note that Ranch resident and CRR/HOA Director, Ara Erdekian is listed FIRST, for Position # 3.

.

Word of advice,

PLEASE DO NOT VOTE FOR HIM.”

.

“As someone that has lived under Ranch Director Ara’s rule, I’ve personally witnessed his hostile and bullying management style.”

.

Ms. Orr: “Mr. Ara Erdekian advocates for HIGHER TAXES and HIGHER DUES. He’s on the record promoting that the Jefferson County residents should pay higher property Taxes and on CRR, the residents should have to pay higher Dues.”

.

“Ara’s handprints were all over the sudden and unexpected cancellation of a multi-year Ranch tradition-Steel Stampede.

.

Behind closed doors and hidden from the public he, along with his colleagues on the Board, shut Steel Stampede down”

.

“On a personal level, Ara strongly influenced his fellow Board members to place a lien on my home after I questioned them about some retaliatory resolutions.

.

In the summer of 2022, Erdekian and the Ranch Board, unanimously voted to impose three punitive resolutions restricting homeowners rights.

.

The resolutions included fines and liens as a way to force compliance from those that he/they deemed the opposition. Further, Ara’s Board denied me the right to defend myself, violating their own rules.”

.

“More recently, Ara has been accused of “bullying” another Jefferson County commissioner candidate.

.

According to the Ranch Matters story, “I HOPE HE DOESN’T COME AFTER ME”, candidate George (Wes) Curtiss confirmed being “warned” by Erdekian for reading and liking stories on the Ranch Matters News Site.”

.

Orr: “I attended the Candidates Forums and witnessed Erdekian attack in both instances the Commission. These are the very folks he would have to work with if elected.”

.

Orr wants the Jefferson County voters to BEWARE of candidate Erdekian’s management style/contentious behavior.

.

“There are six other candidates vying for Position # 3 that the voters can choose.”

“CHOOSE WISELY.”
