On 10/02/19, Ranch Matters posted a report titled, THEFT FROM WITHIN.

We reported that former Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office Records Clerk, Jennifer Goelze, had been Indicted on that same day by the Jefferson County Grand Jury.

This morning, we obtained from the court file an amended Indictment, signed today (10/23/19), adding an additional count.

A Search Warrant has been executed, but the results and return of service is “Sealed.”

Additionally, we were provided a copy of a Citation that was issued to Ms. Goelze, on 9/28/19, reflecting an arraignment date of 11/07/19.

The case is being prosecuted by Crook County District Attorney, Wade Whiting, who also confirmed Ms. Goelze will be arraigned on 11/07/19 at 9:30 AM.
