MUDDY WATERS
Yesterday Ranch Matters reported on the sudden and unexpected lawsuit filed by the Ranch against the Water Company on Christmas Eve.
We stopped by the Water Company today and spoke with Frank Day, General Manager.
HE HAD THIS TO SAY
He was “surprised” but not really. Mr. Day explained the on-going negotiations with Ranch Officials were not productive and added the last meeting with the Ranch took place in a neutral location around the end of October and he was “excluded”, not allowed to attend.
We asked Mr. Day, who was allowed-who attended the October meeting?
Answer: Carl Harbour, Mark Schneider and Bill Burt represented the Ranch HOA and the Water Company was represented by their Board.
Day ended by saying, he feels bad that the lawsuit was filed because the real LOSERS are the Ranch Members. The WINNERS-lawyers.
