UPDATE

RE: “END UP IN JAIL”

As reported in our “END UP IN JAIL” story posted 1/14/2020, former Director Carol Orr met with with Ranch Board VP, Bill Burt and Board Secretary, Judy Gilliland in a private meeting at the Sandbagger.

Regarding the meeting, Orr had something more to add. She stated that Burt and Gilliland said that the cameras in the Juniper Room were installed because of a Juniper Room “break-in.”

After receiving this information from Orr, Ranch Matters contacted Sheriff Jim Adkins to confirm if there had been any “break-ins” specifically involving the Juniper Room and reported by the Ranch.

According to Adkins, he was unable to locate any reports regarding break-ins directly related to the Juniper Room, but did locate “four alarm calls-all cancelled before our arrival.” Adkins added, “authorized cancel” meaning the Ranch cancelled the call.

Interestingly, after informing Orr of Adkins findings, she said “no big surprise.” According to Orr, the “real reason the Board spent the money for the cameras and installed them in the Juniper Room was because of Stangland and Stevens.”

NO BREAK-INS?
