State of Oregon vs. Gavin David Smith-Brown

Gavin David Smith-Brown was Indicted yesterday, June 13, 2018 and today he appeared via video link before Jefferson County Presiding Judge Daniel Ahern and formally charged with murder.
Smith-Brown is represented by Thomas Spear (Pictured Below) who was in the court room along with DA Steven Leriche representing the State of Oregon.
Next court appearance is scheduled for July 26, 2018.
Smith-Brown is being held without bail at the Jefferson County Jail.
