BIM GANDER HIT & RUN-DUII- UPDATE

TWO YEARS AGO TODAY

Two years ago (July 21, 2017), former CRR Director/Chairman of the Emergency/Quail Exit, Butler M (BIM) Gander was arrested by the Deschutes County Sheriff’s Office for DUII and Hit-&-Run of a Juvenile.

On September 22, 2017, Gander was INDICTED by the Deschutes County Grand Jury on six (6) charges:

1. DWI-Alcohol
2. Assault in the 3rd Degree
3. Failure to perform duties of a driver to injured
person
4. Assault in the 4th Degree
5. Recklessly endangering with a motor vehicle
6. Reckless driving

Assuming no more delays, Gander is scheduled to go on TRIAL August 6, 2019.
