Ranch Matters was granted permission to be

“OFFICIAL OBSERVERS”

at tonight’s Ballot Count from Ground Zero-Jefferson County Clerk’s Office.

According to Kathleen B. Marston, Jefferson County’s Clerk, voter turnout is about “55%” so far.
