At last Monday’s (7/3/23), Work Session Meeting, President Kari Vickery asked Ranch Manger Judy Lapora for a recap of the Independence Day Celebration along with the Events Committee’s involvement.

Additionally, she asked Lapora when the next Events Committee Meeting would be held.

Lapora replied this coming Thursday, 7/6/23, at 1:30 p.m

RECAP

Lapora: “We hardly even have an EVENTS COMMITTEE anymore, so, I will try to get the EVENTS people there.

We had NO, EVENTS COMMITTEE people help this year, none. So, I’m very very disappointed with that…. I’m going to reach out to them and invite them,

if they show up Fine, if not Fine…”

Vickery responded: “So, if there is anyone in the audience or on zoom that would like to participate in volunteering for the Events Committee, the meeting is this Thursday (7/6/23), at 1:30 p.m. in the Mirror Room in the Administration Building.”

“Without volunteers we won’t be able to continue to have our Events that we provide for everyone, so please SPREAD THE WORD.”

Today Ranch Matters attempted to attend the Events Committee Meeting and help spread the word, but was told to leave by Vickery.
