Jefferson County Oregon is responsible for the maintenance and operation of JUNIPER HILLS PARK and PANORAMA PARK.
Juniper Hills Park is actually maintained by the County
Panorama Park is maintained- CONTRACTUAL by Crooked River Ranch (CRR).
