Deschutes County 911 stated this morning that BNSF reported a 5,000’ long train would pass through the Redmond area, possible causing traffic delays up to 90 minutes.

We happened to be in the area and observed no serious traffic snarls or major delays and confirmed the same with a Redmond Police Officer assigned to the area.
