Above quote is from an email between Jefferson County Administrator Jeff Rasmussen and Chris Doty, Director D.C. Road Department on July 25, 2017. RE: Bim Gander’s Resignation from the HOA BOD.

On August 2, 2017, our HOA BOD held a “SPECIAL MEETING” for the sole purpose of appointing Bim Gander’s successor to the BOD. 3 applicants applied, including Mike Folkestad and after a Q&A of the candidates, the BOD selected Mike Folkestad.
