“THE HOA BOARD IS NOT A DICTATORSHIP…”

RANCH DIRECTORS CANDIDATES FORUM TOMORROW, JULY 17, AT 4:30 PM IN THE JUNIPER ROOM.

According to the Ranch website the following three applicants have filed Candidates

Statements: Incumbent/ Director, Bob Beveridge, Incumbent/Director Michael J. Carey and Kelly J. Davis.

Last October the Board of Directors held a Special Candidates Meeting to fill a couple of vacant Directors positions. Bob Beveridge was one of two appointees.

Michael Carey received his appointment last May.

Kelly Davis ran for the Board in 2021, but had to simultaneously defend against a THIRD PARTY LAWSUIT filed against him by the Ranch Association. The case settled last fall.

The website lists nine proposed Candidates Questions.

Interestingly, Number Eight, reminds the candidates that the Crooked River Ranch Board of Directors are not dictators. “The HOA board is not a dictatorship…”

It’s worth repeating that Ranch Officials have gone out of their way to declare WAR on the First Amendment.

Free Speech and our Due Process Rights are under attack along with any Association member deemed the enemy.
