“…THAT OTHERS MAY LIVE”

Ranch Matters had an opportunity to observe and talk with Air Force Reservist, Master Sergeant (MSgt) Kalob, a flight engineer on one of two Black Hawk helicopters that have been flying over Crooked River Ranch and the surrounding areas.

According to MSgt Kalob, the Black Hawks, currently based at the Madras Airport, are conducting “PJ Training” that includes high angle rope rescue in and around the canyons peppering Central Oregon.

The Black Hawk’s are also conducting aerial refueling exercises with the participation of a C-130 operating from the Redmond Airport.

Several PJ’s were observed preparing and boarding the Black Hawks this afternoon for one of their missions.

PJs?
