*The following story (TEMPER TANTRUM) is based in part, on Complaints/Records recently obtained from the Oregon Department of Safety Standards and Training (DPSST) pursuant to an ORDER issued by the Oregon Department of Justice (DOJ). The DOJ’s ORDER was regarding complaints submitted in 2020 by Ranch Officials and later dismissed by DPSST as “FALSE/UNFOUNDED.”

“AT NO TIME DID I EVER SAY BECAUSE YOU DIDN’T FUCKING ASK PERMISSION”
Ranch Golf Course Superintendent Richard Jensen
As stated above Ranch Matters recently obtained from DPSST copies of the 2020 complaints and “addendum.”
The addendum included a cover letter dated April 24, 2020 and 2 emails written by Golf Course Superintendent Richard Jensen, dated April 22, 2020 and the second email authored by Ranch Manager Judy Lapora, dated April 23, 2020. More on this later.
Jensen’s email was addressed to Manager Lapora and Ranch President Carl Harbour where he attempted to explain away his explosive outburst on the 5th hole and why Ranch Matters Dave Stangland and John Stevens were reported to the police and “permanently” trespassed from Course.
Jensen denied saying, “YOU DIDN’T FUCKING ASK” while confronting Stevens at the 5th hole in his email report. Additionally, Jensen denied saying, “YOU CAN CROSS RIGHT HERE, AS LONG AS YOU DON’T GET HIT BY THESE FUCKING GOLFERS.”
Jensen’s stated in part, “At no time did I ever say, because you didn’t f* ask permission nor did I say effing golfers either.”
