At the end of last Monday’s (7/01/19) CRR Work Session Meeting, President Carl Harbour asked if the Board needed to meet in Executive Session. Ranch VP Stu Steinberg piped in and said,
“You wanna, you want to talk about what happened Monday, at court last week.”
What is Steinberg talking about?
Two weeks ago today (6/24/19), there was hearing in Jefferson County Circuit Court regarding the 2016 Ballot Measure pending lawsuit-That’s what Steinberg is talking about-IN CODE.
Harbour adjourned the meeting and immediately went into Executive Session to discuss ”legal issues”-MORE CODE TALK.
We posted a story on 6/24/19, titled, “THEY WANTED OUT, BUT ARE STILL IN” regarding the status of the case and confirmed the Claims remain in place against both Directors and the HOA.
Interestingly, former Ranch Director and individually named Defendant Carol Orr attended the Work Session Meeting, but was excluded from the Executive Session?
