STUMPING ON CRR

You’ve probably see their campaign signs peppered throughout the Ranch and County. Their names, position they’re seeking and campaign slogans.

At last Monday night’s (04/01/24), CRR Special Road District (SRD) meeting, Ranch residents had another opportunity to tie the name-Brandie McNamee to a face.

As reported, Ms. McNamee, an Antelope resident, is one of seven contenders vying for Commissioner Wayne Fording’s seat on the Jefferson County Board Commissioners.

McNamee attended the SRD meeting because she wants to better understand the relationship between the SRD, the Homeowners Association and the actual residents-taxpayers.

Ms. McNamee: “I’m here tonight to listen. I’ve read some posts that have been posted on Facebook and communication is really key.

So I come here tonight to listen to it first hand…”

Later that night, she listened again, but this time at the CRR ATV Club’s monthly meeting. McNamee wanted to know what was on the their radar and heard specifically about the permitting of ATV’s on roads.
