By now I have learned there is no shame amongst them.
Who among you Board Members thought that filing numerous complaints against John Stevens to DPSST (Dept. of Public Safety Standards and Training) was a good idea? Do you honestly think that there should be this much concern about Mr. Stevens’ journalistic activities? Or was this a case of minimizing Mr. Stevens’ actual credentials? Is this just throwing shit against the wall hoping something will stick?
This action took place at their Star Chamber secret sessions early this year. Mr. Palmer was identified as one of the persons issuing complaints. Mr. Palmer was either invited to this meeting or asked. I, as a former Director do not have such priviledge, would any of you Residents?
More complaints were filed, but DPSST would not identify those individuals, or would DPSST even identify to Mr. Stevens what the specific complaints were. Pretty slick of the Board and Mr. Palmer. I would describe this behavior as MALEVOLENT and I am being kind. This current Board and past Boards have spent and wasted much time and money in seeking their Revenge. Why? Mr. Stevens and others may be thought of a nuisance to (asking questions is my definition of nuisance) them, but to go to this much effort is concerning.
THIS HAS BECOME AN OBSESSION TO THIS AND FORMER BOARDS.
I would ask this Board and our Ranch Manager to start obsessing on the following projects:
1. Bocci Ball+4years
2. kids slide +5 years.
3.- 10 years of negligence of Panorama kids park.
4. the RV dump scandal.
5. answering email questions.
6. attending to the conditions of our roads.
7. trespassing residents.
8. and work on the general “fuck you” speech.
This is beyond what power any Board should have over it’s Residents. Yes, Mr. Palmer it appeared to be the perfect scheme to finally stick it to Mr. Stevens. It didn’t turn out exactly how you wanted it to, did it Mr. Palmer? But no skin off you, Mr. Palmer and once again no consequences for anyone else involved in this.
Also, Board members, please stop whining to others, about how you have to put up with rude, unruly behavior from Residents. Just today I heard it from friends. And these people are why BM’s quit or no one wants to serve. I suggest to first look in the mirror before pointing fingers at others. Management does set the tone, for the Blame game.
