“STAND FOR SOMETHING OR FALL FOR ANYTHING”

Yesterday, Ranch Matters posted a story regarding Civil Rights and the Oregon Sheriff’s Association 2016 Statement supporting men and women who lawfully express their opinions, hold signs in protest, ask for change and challenge the government without fear of retaliation.

Today, we saw first hand, men and women exercising their rights, expressing their opinions and holding signs in downtown Redmond. And, they were not afraid of any retaliation.

We spoke with Nancy, one of the coordinators from “Central Oregon Women’s March” that confirmed they were the sponsors of the March along many other supporting groups, including Latino Community Association, Neighbors4Redmond and The Vocal Seniority-Raising Cane, to name a few.

Whether you agree or disagree with their message, we applaud them for getting involved and taking a stand.
