Where’s the legal opinion from the SRD attorney allowing the Annexation of the Emergency Exit outside their boundaries?
Are the SRD OFFICIALS relying on the HOA attorney, Kevin Harker, for their legal advice?
We spoke with County Administrator Jeff Rasmussen today about the SRD’s role regarding annexing and maintaining the road. We asked him specifically, please identify the attorney involved in the Annexation Process. Answer: Kevin Harker.
Administrator Rasmussen added, for Annexation purposes, the SRD must maintain the road forever, with YOUR TAX DOLLARS-YOUR MONEY!
