SPECIAL (Executive Session) CRR/BOD MEETING

Today’s Special-EXECUTIVE SESSION MEETING was held virtually, via zoom and called to order by Ranch President Carl Harbour about 3:00 PM.

All Directors present with the exception of Mike Dries, Richard Ebers and Judy Gilliland. Ranch Manager Judy Lapora also in attendance.

Director Jerry Cooper was having technical difficulties . Director Stephanie Proffitt said, “Jerry can not do this from a golf cart.”

Special Guest: Bruce V. Lepore, attorney at law.

According to Harbour the stated reason for today’s meeting “Is to adjourn to Executive Session for the purpose of discussion with legal counsel, for items including personnel, contract negotiations, existing lawsuit and pending mediation events.”

Harbour confirmed, “There will be no action taken” and a motion was made to adjourn to Executive Session.
