“Review Resolutions-Clean Up: President Harbour has been reviewing all resolutions since 2000. He feels that many of these resolutions could be cleaned up and informed the Board that in the future the resolutions will need to be looked at for applicability and relevance.”
July 2019

There have been questions regarding Harbour’s review process and what actually does “clean up” mean.

We too felt it important to review All of the resolutions and made a request for copies last May. We were told by Ranch Manager, Judy Lapora that there are “113” resolutions dating back to the year 2000 and to obtain all 113 resolutions she wanted $75.00 per hour and .$15 per page.

Due to the cost factors related to the $75.00 per hour, we amended our request to include only resolutions from 2012 to present.

On May 19, 2020, we picked up our resolutions and paid the Ranch $63.30.

It was brought to our attention CRR’s own Policy & Procedure Handbook, revised edition, dated April 20, 2020, states the following under Website Policy:
The Crooked River Ranch web page must provide the following current information for the Association members:
*All public meeting notices and supporting documents
*Board of Directors meeting agendas
*Board of Directors meeting minutes
*Contact information for the Administrator and Board of Directors *BOARD-APPROVED RESOLUTIONS
*Complete set of Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions (CC&Rs)

Ranch Matters paid $63.30 for resolutions that should have been posted on the Ranch Website for FREE.
